President Donald Trump told Fox News that police have arrested a suspect in the killing of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Investigators believe they have identified the right person, partly because someone familiar with the suspect provided them with information. Authorities say they will provide more details later.

Earlier this week, the FBI and Utah officials released a video of the suspect fleeing from the campus of Utah University, where Kirk had delivered a speech to his followers before being fatally shot. Investigators also shared photos of a person of interest wearing a black T-shirt with an American flag and Converse sneakers.

As of Friday morning, Kirk’s casket had been brought to his home state of Arizona aboard Air Force Two.
