Freedom Capital Markets (FCM), an investment and banking subdivision of Prime Executions, Inc. (a subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp.), has appointed Edward Maguire as its new senior managing director of the U.S. equities research team. Maguire holds a B.A. in Music from Columbia University and an MBA from Rutgers Business School.
