Meta is seeking a market specialist for Kazakhstan. The candidate is expected to have in-depth knowledge of the Kazakh market, be fluent in Kazakh and Russian and be ready to focus on real-time crises related to Kazakhstan. The position will be based in Dublin.

The vacancy is part of Global Response Operations, a Meta division responsible for handling real-time crises and identifying emerging risks.

The successful applicant will be expected to handle content and situations in which standard systems and solutions are insufficient and where local expertise and an understanding of linguistic, cultural and regional specifics are required.

The Kazakhstan specialist will work as part of a European team and participate in a dedicated on-call system to respond to critical content related to Kazakhstan, including sensitive, offensive, or potentially harmful material on Meta platforms.

The role will include analyzing user requests, account inquiries and content complaints, including texts, images and videos. The specialist will also help identify risks to Meta’s advertising business at the local and regional levels.

In addition, the company expects the specialist to contribute to developing policy recommendations and response measures based on the region’s geopolitical and operational context.

Meta’s mandatory requirements include a university degree or equivalent experience, fluency in Kazakh and Russian and at least one year of experience in an operational environment. Strong communication skills and experience working with diverse audiences in Kazakhstan are also required.

Desirable qualifications include experience with data and analytical tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau, as well as a background in training, quality control and metrics analysis.

Meta said it is committed to equal-opportunity employment and does not tolerate discrimination. The company also pledged to provide reasonable accommodations and support for candidates with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
