Jasveen Sangha, known as the «Ketamine Queen,» has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for supplying drugs linked to the death of actor Matthew Perry, the BBC reported.

The 42-year-old woman pleaded guilty in September to multiple charges, including distributing ketamine resulting in death or serious injury. Authorities said she sold drugs such as methamphetamine, cocaine and Xanax to a network of wealthy clients from her North Hollywood home in Los Angeles.

Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing on «Friends,» was found dead in a hot tub at his LA residence in October 2023. Investigators determined that he died from the acute effects of ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic with hallucinogenic properties, which he had been taking as part of supervised therapy for depression.

In a victim impact statement, Perry’s stepmother, Debbie Perry, urged the court to impose the maximum sentence, describing the damage caused as «irreversible.»

Sangha is one of five individuals charged in connection with Perry’s death. Prosecutors said the group, which included two doctors and Perry’s assistant, supplied ketamine to the actor while exploiting his history of addiction.

In December 2025, Salvador Plasencia, a 44-year-old doctor who illegally supplied ketamine to Perry in the weeks leading up to his fatal overdose in 2023, was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
