Kazakh dancer Madina Beisekeyeva has announced her appearance in the third season of the HBO series «Euphoria,» marking her acting debut.
Beisekeyeva shared the news on Instagram, posting stills from a recent episode and writing: «Watch me on Euphoria S3. My acting debut.»
Based on the scenes she shared, Beisekeyeva appears to portray a character named Tiny Tigress. The role is also listed in the episode’s end credits, where her name appears alongside the character.
Followers, friends and colleagues flooded the comments with congratulations. Many said they were surprised to spot a familiar face from Kazakhstan in the acclaimed series.
Career in Los Angeles
Beisekeyeva has lived and worked in Los Angeles for several years. During that time, she has collaborated with a number of international artists, including Lady Gaga and Doechii. She also appeared in the music video for the song «Runway.»
The third season of «Euphoria» has been among the most highly anticipated television releases in recent years. Following a lengthy hiatus, new episodes began airing this spring.
