Prominent international influencers arrived in the Almaty region — Jordanian travel documentary creator Joe Hattab and American creator Joshua Platillero, known online as @megaamerican.
Prominent Kazakh travel content creator Dastan Mukhamedrakhim was the host and guide at key tourist locations. Together, they embarked on a scenic tour of Almaty to showcase the beauty and flair of Kazakhstan to a global audience.
Foreign guests actively shared the first photos of the trip on their social media. According to their posts, they visited several key landmarks, including Lake Kaindy, from which Hattab posted a bird’s-eye view photo in Stories and showed the famous submerged spruces.
The team stopped at a traditional nomadic yurt on a mountain summer pasture, went horseback riding with the mountains in the background, and tried on traditional Kazakh coats — shapans.
