US-Based Heliex.AI Enters Kazakhstan Market with Hybrid Wellbeing Platform

Founded by a Russian and a Ukrainian, Heliex.AI was built on the belief that mental wellness support must transcend border – and that the most meaningful technology is created when people unite around a shared mission
Heliex.AI, a US-based technology startup developing hybrid wellbeing infrastructure, has formally announced its entry into the Kazakhstan market. The platform is designed to serve employers, sports organizations, and individual users seeking accessible, professional-grade emotional support – available at any time, without waiting lists or appointments.
The announcement is backed by concrete local traction: Heliex.AI has signed Letters of Intent with four Kazakhstan sports organizations:
-the Para-climbing and Mountain Tourism Federation «Ravny Ravnomu»,
-the Kazakhstan Para-cycling Federation,
-the Astana Goalball Federation,
– the NAPKaz Multisport Federation.
These agreements establish Heliex.AI as a platform for psychological support and resilience development in high-pressure sporting environments, where access to qualified specialists has historically been limited.
The product combines 24/7 AI-powered voice and text support with structured access to licensed professionals – creating what the company describes as a coordinated care model rather than a standalone chatbot or conventional therapy referral service. The AI handles continuity, daily check-ins, and early signal detection; human specialists engage when the situation requires qualified judgment, clinical oversight, or crisis response.
The platform includes a proprietary risk-monitoring architecture that the company has submitted for patent protection in the United States, signaling its commitment to building a technology with defensible, long-term infrastructure value rather than a consumer feature.
«Kazakhstan represents a market where the gap between the demand for psychological support and the availability of qualified professionals is significant and well-documented, – says Kyrylo Panarin, CEO Heliex.AI. – We are not coming here with an abstract AI product. We have already signed agreements with local organizations that operate in exactly the high-pressure environments where our model proves its value.»
Heliex.AI is positioned at the intersection of wellness technology and digital health infrastructure – a segment attracting growing attention from Kazakhstan employers, HR directors, and sports organizations managing workforce performance and athlete resilience. The platform is available across various models, allowing individual users, employers, and professional organizations to access the same underlying support architecture at different scales and price points.
According to company data, the platform has already recorded more than 3,000 active users since launch, with six signed LOIs on the B2B track across various countries. The product is live on iOS and Android.
The company’s approach is explicitly not a replacement for therapists. Its model is designed around the principle that AI expands access and continuity while human professionals retain oversight in situations requiring clinical judgment, trust, and accountability.
