According to Timur Turlov, CEO and majority shareholder of Freedom Holding Corp., the company is training an AI agent to assist Freedom SuperApp users. The company expects the agent to help users choose investment and insurance products, book travel and flights, and even apply for visas.
«We want to ensure broader, more efficient and better access. We also want investments, insurance, all e-commerce products — and perhaps even travel packages or flight bookings — to be handled this way. The AI agent should be able to recommend options that are particularly useful and effective for you,» Turlov said, speaking at the AI & Digital Bridge forum.
According to the businessman, Freedom is working to integrate the AI assistant into its SuperApp to improve service delivery, and Turlov is already pleased with the initial results.
«Overall management has become much more efficient because we can ask the AI any question about process efficiency or specific metrics. And since the AI is connected to our database, it provides excellent answers,» he noted.
Turlov also said that the company’s team wants to become even more efficient at meeting the needs of Freedom’s clients. He cited back-office operations, which have already become more efficient thanks to AI, as an example.
The CEO also noted that AI can make complex products more accessible by presenting them to users in natural, easy-to-understand language.
«I think we are getting closer to this approach. It is actually a challenging task from the very beginning. While some AI agents can be developed in a single day, it can take a year of working with an agent before it is capable of performing all the necessary tasks,» Turlov said.
According to him, Freedom plans to launch another product this year. However, he did not disclose any details.
