Jennifer Lopez’s fans in Kazakhstan are lighting up the comments section of her manager’s social media post announcing the «Up All Night» world tour, which includes a stop in Astana. Flooding the post with heart emojis, Kazakhstan’s flags and warm invitations to try beshbarmak, the country’s beloved national dish, fans are showing their excitement ahead of her Aug. 1, 2025, concert.
Lopez confirmed the tour dates on her Instagram account, revealing that the «Up All Night» tour will span 17 cities across Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia, including stops in Antalya, Istanbul, Sharm El Sheikh, Vigo, Cádiz, Málaga, Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, Tenerife, Budapest, Lucca, Warsaw, Abu Dhabi and Yerevan. Kazakhstan will be her penultimate stop and the only one in Central Asia.

On her manager’s account, Kazakhstani fans are flooding the comments with questions about ticket availability and pricing, along with emotional messages about welcoming the pop icon to their homeland.

Kazakhstan’s authorities are banking on the concert to deliver a significant economic boost. They estimate it could attract 15,000 tourists, generate nearly $800,000 in tax revenue and bring in over $12 million in hospitality and catering (HoReCa) spending. However, some are skeptical, especially after Lopez canceled her «This Is Me… Live» tour in 2024, reportedly due to low ticket sales.
Lopez is no stranger to Kazakhstan. She has previously visited the country at least twice, both times for private events. In 2010, she performed at a birthday party for Aliya Nazarbayeva, the youngest daughter of former President Nursultan Nazarbayev, alongside Britney Spears. She returned the following year to perform at a New Year’s corporate event.
