Amid the excitement surrounding the Champions League match between Kairat and Real Madrid, Almaty residents and visitors are searching for every possible way to watch the game. Kursiv LifeStyle reports on the best view of Central Stadium.
Ticket sales for the anticipated match started at 5:00 p.m. on Sept. 23. Within hours, all 23,000 seats at the stadium were sold out, according to Ticketon.kz, the service responsible for ticket sales.
It wasn’t a big surprise, though, as even sales began, there were several times more people wanting to attend the match than there were tickets. At one point, the number of people in the online queue reached 230,000.
Against this backdrop, interest in real estate near the Central Stadium has skyrocketed. For example, a video from a «premium sitting area» in one of the buildings neighboring the stadium quickly went viral on social media.

Ironically, some of the best seats to watch the match were located there. Various car rental and spare parts companies primarily occupy the business center located at 44/2 Abay Avenue. However, it wouldn’t be surprising if local businesses began selling tickets to these private areas.
The Kairat vs. Real Madrid match will take place on Sept. 30. Meanwhile, Kazakhstani football players have been preparing at the club’s training base.
