On Oct. 22, Bayern thrashed Club Brugge in the UEFA Champions League Matchday Three. The second goal was scored by Kane — the 32-year-old English striker tapped in a pass from Konrad Laimer in the 14th minute.
The goal against Brugge became his 20th in 12 appearances for Bayern. For comparison, Ronaldo reached the same mark in 13 games during the 2014–15 season, while Messi achieved 20 goals three times in his career, needing 17 matches each time.
Including national team games, Kane is currently the second-highest scorer behind Erling Haaland. Haaland has 24 goals in 14 matches, including nine for Norway’s national team. Kane has scored 23 goals — three of them for England — in the same number of appearances. Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappé has 18 goals in 15 matches, including three for the French national team.
