Slaughter to Prevail, the internationally recognized Russian deathcore band, is set to perform in Almaty in February 2026.
The concert is scheduled for Feb. 12 at Almaty Arena as part of a major world tour, where the band will present their new album «Grizzly.» Tickets are already available, starting at 25,000 tenge (around $47.6).
Slaughter to Prevail gained international recognition for its slamming sound, signature deathcore style, striking image and the outstanding vocals of frontman Alex Terrible (real name Aleksandr Shikolai). The band’s tracks, including «1984,» «Viking» and «Demolisher,» have accumulated millions of streams.
«Kazakhstan, we’re coming for you, brothers!» Shikolai wrote on Instagram.
The band previously visited Almaty in 2019, but the concert didn’t go as planned. The frontman fell ill and couldn’t perform, though he did come out on stage to greet the fans. This time, the band has promised a full-fledged, loud and long-anticipated rematch.
Almaty will also host two concerts by popular German musician Till Lindemann on Jan. 6 and Jan. 7, 2026.
