Kazakhstani singer Dimash Qudaibergen participated in the international project Grammy Global Spin.

His live performance of the original song «Fire» was uploaded to the Recording Academy / GRAMMYs official YouTube channel.

The release emerged as a successful continuation of the year. In October, Qudaibergen drew full houses at the legendary Madison Square Garden in New York, and he now works with Grammy.com and the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences — the U.S.-based organization that promotes the interests of musicians and annually presents prestigious awards.

Launched in 2021, the Global Spin project introduces performers from different countries to the audience. Artists in various genres have already taken part — from K-pop to Afro Hip-Hop and Folk. Each episode is an exclusive performance presenting the musician’s cultural identity and that of his country.

According to Dimashnews, participation in the project by the Recording Academy is Qudaibergen’s significant achievement and another milestone in enhancing Kazakhstan’s music position on the global stage.
