The document paves the way for establishing a modern LED display and next-generation component factory in the region,» the governor’s office said in a statement.
The project is planned for implementation in Alatau — a city being developed as a digital hub and future center for innovations. The possible cost and output of the facility have not been announced.
BOE Technology Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of liquid crystal displays, including AMOLED and OLED screens, touch panels (including OGS displays), electronic indicators, and optoelectronic sensors.
