Kazakh singer Dimash Qudaibergen has been awarded a new title — not on stage this time, but in the assembly hall of a medical university.
The performer met with students, faculty members and staff of Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University, where he spoke about his personal and professional journey.
In an open conversation, Qudaibergen said that the key to his success was not talent alone, but above all hard work, discipline and a sense of inner responsibility to himself and society. He emphasized that by maintaining a strong connection to his national roots and culture, he gradually achieved international recognition.
Qudaibergen paid special attention to the students, noting that medicine is one of the most challenging and demanding professions, leaving no room for error.
«You have chosen a very difficult path. You must always seek development, work on yourselves and keep learning. I believe doctors are the true stars — people who save lives every day,» the artist said.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the university’s rector, Marat Shoranov, awarded Dimash Qudaibergen the title of Honorary Professor in recognition of his contribution to culture, the spiritual development of youth, and the promotion of Kazakhstan abroad.
The meeting concluded with a joint performance by Qudaibergen and students of the Dala Sazy musical ensemble, who performed the kui (a traditional Kazakh instrumental music piece) «Aday.»
Previously, Kursiv LifeStyle reported that Qudaibergen gave a solo concert at the foot of the Giza pyramids.
