Clicks — a tech company originally known for its physical QWERTY keyboard accessories for iPhone smartphones — has unveiled its first standalone smartphone, the Clicks Communicator. This device is a perfect fit for those feeling nostalgic for feature phones and tired of endless touchscreens.

The smartphone is equipped with a physical, touch-sensitive QWERTY keyboard and a 4-inch AMOLED display, and is powered by Android 16 with the custom Niagara Launcher, allowing users to display only the most needed apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail and Slack. The concept is simple — less visual noise and more focus on work and communication.

One of the device’s notable features is the Signal Light button on a side panel, which enables users to assign different color indicators for apps and contacts, turning notifications into understandable visual signals. The same button can also be used for voice input and quick notes.

It supports 5G, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4 and is equipped with a classic headphone jack. It also features a physical kill switch and a programmable Clicks key. The device weighs 170 grams, and interchangeable back covers are available in several colors.
