Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam won gold in the 1,000 meters at the Winter Olympics in Milan, Italy. Her fiancé, YouTuber and boxer Jake Paul, was cheering her on emotionally from the stands. At one point, he couldn’t hold back tears and began to cry.

Earlier, another Dutch skater, Femke Kok, set an Olympic record, leaving little room for others to improve on it. However, Leerdam took to the start line and skated even faster, completing the race in 1 minute 12.31 seconds. She immediately broke the record and claimed the Olympic title.

After the finish, Leerdam didn’t try to fight back her emotions. She raised her arms, screamed with joy, sent air kisses to her fiancé and made a heart shape with her hands.

In December, Jake Paul lost a heavily promoted fight to former world champion Anthony Joshua in Miami and was hospitalized with a broken jaw.
