The automobile collection of former Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is striking in both size and luxury. According to the Russian outlet Motor.ru, the national leader’s garage resembles a museum filled with rare hypercars and armored limousines.
An analysis by Kursiv Auto suggests the fleet’s estimated value is roughly equal to 11% of the annual budget of the city of Arkadag for 2026.
White and gold dominate the collection
Much of the collection features vehicles in Berdimuhamedov’s preferred color — white. Standout examples reportedly include an exclusive Maybach 57S limousine with white-gold trim, an armored Aurus Senat Limousine produced in Russia, and a snow-white Mercedes G-Class Cabriolet decorated with national motifs.

Classic Lincoln Navigators and a customized Volkswagen Phaeton with a unique body design are also said to be used for official visits and ceremonial motorcades.
Luxury in budget terms
For 2026, Arkadag’s annual budget has been approved at 256.9 million manat, or about $151.1 million. Rough estimates place the value of the highlighted vehicles at around 28 million manat (approximately $8 million). In practical terms, just ten cars could account for about 11% of the yearly funding allocated to the entire «smart city.»
