Ahead of International Women’s Day, TikTok has unveiled a list of female creators from Kazakhstan who inspire audiences and develop their projects through short videos.

Digital platforms are increasingly becoming spaces not only for entertainment but also for education, professional development and entrepreneurship. Many women on TikTok share knowledge about their professions, showcase creative work and build communities around their interests, with their videos often attracting millions of views.
Artists and creatives gaining global attention
Among the featured creators is Assel Sabyrzhan, an artist known for creating portraits on carpets decorated with traditional patterns. Her works include portraits of figures such as Tomiris, Jennifer Lopez, Jackie Chan and Dimash Qudaibergen. In 2026, she was included in the platform’s global Discover List of creators.

The list also includes Botagoz Omarova, a Russian language and literature teacher from the village of Dostyk in the Zhetysu region.
