International ride-hailing service inDrive acquired Pakistani quick-commerce startup Krave Mart in an all-stock deal, TechCrunch reported.
TechCrunch said the deal was agreed in 2025 and approved by Pakistan’s Competition Commission. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition supports inDrive’s strategy to become a SuperApp as it expands beyond ride-hailing into grocery delivery and other services.
inDrive partnered with Krave Mart to expand its grocery delivery service to Pakistan in January 2026, after launching the service in Kazakhstan in September 2025.
In November 2023, inDrive launched its venture arm and invested in Krave Mart in December 2024.
Krave Mart, founded in 2021, serves Karachi, Rawalpindi and Lahore, offering grocery deliveries within 30 minutes through its network of online-only stores.
The owner of inDrive is Arsen Tomsky, the 11th richest Kazakhstani businessman according to Forbes Kazakhstan, with an estimated net worth of $850 million.
Previously, Kursiv.media reported that inDrive’s revenue grew by 31% year over year in 2025, reaching $601.6 million.
