TikTok has summarized the work in Kazakhstan in 2025 and revealed that some content items had to be removed due to violations. In total, the platform restricted access to over 5.5 million videos.

At the same time, the majority of these videos are blocked before users report them. According to the company, 99.9% of content is proactively identified and deleted and 98.5% of videos are removed within the first 24 hours after upload.

Similar figures are reported worldwide. In 2025, TikTok deleted more than 780 million videos that violated its regulations. The bulk of which was determined beforehand.

Special attention is paid to user safety. The platform is only available to users aged 13 or older, and accounts under 13 are frequently banned. Over a year alone, 93.5 million of such profiles.

Furthermore, in 2025, TikTok tightened control over livestreams: broadcasts were stopped more frequently and restrictions were imposed on creators. As a result, around 131 million streams were blocked worldwide due to violations.

If a creator violates the rules, they are first issued a warning. If the situation repeats, the platform may restrict monetization of livestreams. Over three quarters of 2025, such measures were applied to around 24 million livestreams and 12.5 million creators.

Moreover, TikTok updated its tools for users in Kazakhstan. The platform introduced the Trust and Safety Center in Kazakh, which includes platform rules, reports, and support information, helping users better understand how moderation works.
