Several world-class hotels are set to open in Kazakhstan over the next few years — 24 new properties across 11 regions, according to the government press service.
The projects will be financed through private investment, backed by government support in the form of soft loans and investment incentives.
Planned hotels and locations:
- Hilton and Marriott in Qonaev;
- Novotel in Pavlodar;
- Courtyard by Marriott in Kostanay;
- Rixos in Kyzylorda;
- Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Park Almaty and Radisson Blu in Almaty;
- Hilton in Shymkent.
The government expects these international hotel chains to help Kazakhstan enhance service quality, strengthen competition and make the country more appealing for foreign tourists.
