Freedom Finance Global has announced its results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 (from April 1 to June 30, 2026). During the reporting period, the company generated $227.90 million in revenue, a significant increase from $136.06 million in the same period a year earlier.

During the first quarter, more than 19,600 brokerage accounts were opened with Freedom Finance Global, bringing the total number of active client accounts to more than 333,400. Overall, the company’s clients executed more than 8.4 million securities transactions.

«Freedom Finance Global concluded the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 with robust growth in operating volumes and a strengthened capital base. Total revenue for the reporting period reached $227.90 million, up from $136.06 million a year earlier. This 67.5% increase reflects the expansion of the brokerage business,» the company said in a statement.

Freedom Finance Global reported net profit of $31.96 million, compared with $35.83 million in the same period last year. The company attributed the 10.81% decline to expenses growing faster than revenue amid higher transaction volumes. Commission and trading costs increased in line with greater client activity, reflecting higher business turnover.

As of June 30, the company’s total assets stood at $278.51 million, remaining largely unchanged from the previous quarter’s $278.39 million. During the quarter, the company also paid $40 million in dividends to shareholders while maintaining its asset base and balance sheet strength, which it said reflects stable cash flow.

Shareholders’ equity increased to $211.67 million, up $30.87 million, or 17.08%, during the quarter, driven by profits generated during the reporting period. The company said the increase was the result of operating performance rather than one-time factors, demonstrating the quality of its earnings.

The company said the results reflect its commitment to transparency and the continuous improvement of its internal processes.

The company also continued expanding its cooperation with the International Trading System (ITS). Freedom Broker said it is strengthening its technological infrastructure to make client transactions faster and more convenient.
