The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is expecting that liquid hydrocarbon output in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan will decrease by 25,000 barrels a day in 2022 compared to 2021 and will then increase next year.
«According to the previous estimation of Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Energy, the oil output should have been fully restored by the end of October. However, as of October 21, the urgent repair work on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium oil terminal has not been conducted.
