Spacesail Kazakhstan Limited, a subsidiary of the Chinese company Spacesail International Limited, has successfully been registered at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) with a fixed capital of $17 million. The company is often referred to in the media as a potential competitor to Starlink by Elon Musk.
