Georgian-Ukrainian businessman Niki Lomia has married Ukrainian model Nika Kuznetsova in a lavish ceremony on the Côte d’Azur. Based on photos shared on social media, the celebration took place at the Château de la Croix des Gardes, a seaside villa overlooking Cannes and known for hosting high-profile events.
The two-day wedding unfolded at one of the French Riviera’s most exclusive venues, with estimates suggesting the budget may have exceeded $5 million.
Luxury staging and star-powered entertainment
The ceremony embraced a cinematic aesthetic, featuring a mirrored runway extending over the water, white floral installations and a classic dress code. Kuznetsova wore multiple outfits throughout the event, including a form-fitting off-the-shoulder gown and a voluminous dress with an embroidered skirt.
Singer Valery Meladze provided part of the evening’s entertainment, performing a selection of his well-known songs. The biggest surprise came from pop star Ricky Martin, whose appearance, according to media reports and industry insiders, cost approximately $1.5 million.

Kuznetsova, 25, is a model originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine. She built her career in the fashion industry before relocating to Monaco after the start of the war.
Lomia is a Georgian entrepreneur and co-founder of Spribe, an international IT company that develops software for online casinos. The business operates globally, with ties to Kyiv.
