A Kazakhstani man has put a sneaker worn by American rapper Flo Rida up for sale for $100,000. Reportedly, the artist personally gifted it to his wife during a performance at Solana Fest in Astana.

On May 17, world-renowned artists, including Timbaland, Busta Rhymes, John Newman and Flo Rida, performed at the festival.

During the concert, the rapper threw his signed sneakers into the crowd. A woman from Pavlodar, in northeastern Kazakhstan, caught one sneaker. Later, her husband posted a video saying he wants to sell the «trophy» for $100,000.

«Flo Rida personally signed and gave this sneaker to my wife. He performed in them for about 20–30 minutes. I want to sell this sneaker,» the man said in a video.

The story quickly went viral on social media. Some users joked they would trade the sneaker for 50 Cent’s cap, also thrown into the crowd during a concert in Almaty. Others suggested it should be kept as a souvenir, while some commenters doubted anyone would pay such a price.

Notably, Flo Rida reposted the sneaker content to his Instagram Stories.
