It’s not just your phone, headphones, smartwatch or glasses that need charging anymore… Now you may have to check the battery on your slippers, too.

Nike, in collaboration with Hyperice, has unveiled the Air Zoom Hyperslide, a pair of smart recovery slippers designed to help athletes recover after workouts. The slippers feature built-in heat and vibration therapy and can be controlled through a mobile app.

The Air Zoom Hyperslide is the second product developed jointly by Nike and Hyperice, following the Hyperboot recovery boots. It is designed for athletes and anyone looking to speed recovery after exercise.

The slippers’ key feature is a pair of removable Hyperslide Pods that attach magnetically. They offer three heat settings, ranging from 42.8 to 47.2 degrees Celsius, and three vibration modes. Nike and Hyperice recommend wearing the slippers with socks.

Users can adjust the heat and vibration settings through the Hyperice app via Bluetooth or by using the buttons on the pods. The pods also display the selected mode and battery level.

A full charge provides about one hour of use, or roughly six 10-minute recovery sessions. The pods recharge through a USB-C port.

The slippers feature Nike Air Zoom cushioning, a soft textured footbed and adjustable hook-and-loop straps. The Air Zoom Hyperslide will go on sale Sept. 29 for $249. It will be available in black and light beige in European sizes 36 to 52.5.
