Aqsaule graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in journalism and has built a career in broadcast and business media. She has worked as a live news anchor at Avtoradio Kazakhstan and as an editor at the business news portal 7kun.kz, and previously served as a regional correspondent for Radio Azattyq in the Zhambyl region as well as managing editor at Forbes Kazakhstan. She joined the Kursiv Media team in 2024.
