Kazakhstan’s Minister of Education Gani Beisembayev announced that domestic technical and vocational colleges will begin training specialists in nuclear power and drone design, drawing on the experience of Hungary and China.
Starting Sept. 1, 2025, per capita financing for colleges in Kazakhstan will double, according to Beisembayev. Currently, 518 enterprises sponsor local colleges, with plans to expand this number to 4,000 over time.
