The assistance is intended for citizens who purchased tour packages or round-trip airline tickets through the Kaspi Travel service and are currently in the Middle East or stranded there as transit passengers.

Daily financial support

Financial assistance will be transferred directly to recipients’ Kaspi Gold cards to help cover daily expenses:

  • Adults: 35,000 tenge (about $70) per person per day
  • Children: 15,000 tenge (about $30) per child per day

Funds will be provided daily for the entire period during which citizens are unable to leave the region and are forced to remain there.

Company response and safety guidance

The company said it remains in constant contact with affected clients and is taking necessary measures to support them. Kaspi.kz also advised Kazakhstanis in the region to stay in regular contact with embassies and consulates of the Republic of Kazakhstan and remain in safe locations.
