Kazakhstan Resumes Air Travel with Hungary

Starting from September 9, 2021, Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air will resume air travel between Budapest and Nur-Sultan. This decision has been made by the Interagency Commission, which formulates Kazakhstan’s state policy in the area of fighting against the spread of COVID-19.

The company will make one flight per week on the А320 airplane. However, depending on the epidemiological situation, the number of flights might be increased. 

Also, starting September 18 the national carrier Air Astana will resume regular flights to the U.K. on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The frequency will be served by A321LR aircraft with the duration of the flight at 7 hours 15 minutes to London and six and a half hours back to Nur-Sultan.
